I'm glad I saw this. This weekend I am moving from Colorado to California. I own a 1996 Savage with a Supertrap muffler. I am second owner, it came with the Supertrap, bike was originally sold in Texas.
Should I expect to have any problems registering it in Calif? I was under the impression that motorcycles were exempt from emissions or smog check in CA.
I am looking forward to more days of riding each year compared to Colorado.
